Privacy policy

This notice explains how SDudley Demand Evidence Workbench accesses, uses, stores, and shares information, including data obtained through Google APIs.

Scope

SDudley Demand Evidence Workbench is a private, operator-only market-research utility. This policy applies only to SDudley Demand Evidence Workbench. It does not apply to StreamQueue or any other application or service associated with sdudley.com.

Information the public website handles

This public website has no user accounts, forms, advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Standard technical request information may be processed temporarily by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.

Google data the application accesses

The private application may access Google Ads data only for a Google Ads account that its operator is authorized to use. The data may include:

The application does not seek access to Gmail, Google Drive, personal contacts, or unrelated Google Account content.

How Google data is used

Google Ads data is used only to conduct market-demand research, compare keyword opportunities, calculate evidence-based rankings, and maintain the resulting private research records. The application is not designed to create or modify advertising campaigns, change bids or budgets, or initiate advertising spend.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Research inputs and results may be retained in operator-controlled files or systems for as long as they remain useful to the research project. OAuth credentials and service-account credentials are kept separate from published research output and are not exposed through this website. Stored research data can be manually deleted when it is no longer needed.

Sharing and sale

SDudley Demand Evidence Workbench does not sell Google user data. Google data is not used for personalized advertising and is not shared with third parties except when necessary for secure infrastructure operation, when directed by the authorized account holder, or when required by law.

Security

Access is limited to the operator. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect credentials and stored research, including restricted access and separation of credentials from public website content. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

An authorized Google Account user can revoke the application’s access through their Google Account security settings. Questions or requests concerning retained information may be sent to the contact address below.

Changes to this notice

This policy may be updated if the application’s functionality or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
